Excellent. We used private car service 3 times in Japan. Each service was timely and the cars were roomy. Great communication and time change requests were honored.
The car service picks you up in the parking garage at the cruise terminal at the Yokohama cruise port. Also, you will need to confirm with the car service your pick up time as the time is NOT listed on your confirmation. They totally got our pick up time wrong.
The driver arrived at the port on time with a large enough van to carry 12 luggages and 2 wheelchairs. Arrived on time.
Good experience overall. The driver was on time and let me know he had arrived. Journey to the airport was in a very comfortable car and got us there in 45 minutes. The one area to improve is specifying exactly where the pick up will be at the busy cruise terminal.
