The driver texted 20 minutes before pick-up time and asked if we are ready. I told him that we'll be ready in about 10 minutes. He was very friendly. We were 6 adults and the van had enough room for our suitcases as well. Highly recommend this service.

The driver’s were very promp and professional. They handle are bags and delivery us to our destination on time.

they dont bother to conatct client even 1 day before transfer nor they share driver no and asked for prefere timings for transfers. they themselves confirm time and not agree to lsten clientrequest, very very bad experience
Zachariah was great! He took a back way to Schiphol and avoided a long line of traffic. He was friendly and professional. He did not know I had changed the pick up time with Viator but made up for it.
The driver arrived early to pick us up at the hotel. The van was immaculate and we had plenty of room for our luggage. Excellent driver...
Puntuality, he arrives on time. The vehicle was very clean, spacious and confortable. The driver very attentive.
They never communicated what time pick up from the hotel would be. The airline suggested 4 hours ahead of flight time. When I called they told me they thought 3 was more than adequate. Called a cab and got to the airport in a Mercedes at the time KLM suggested and for less than half the price these people charged me
On time. In fact, the driver was 15 to 20 minutes early. Our diver did all of the heavy lifting and he was very polite and professional.
The transfer to the airport was effective but allow 4 hours to get through all the checks at the airport. There were 6 queues to wait through. So allow the 4 hours they recommend.
Driver was prompt and friendly. Once at the airport he gave advice on how to navigate the chaos that is the airport in Amsterdam.
