Car and driver were not at airport for our pre scheduled pickup and I had to contact the provider. Once the driver showed up he was pleasant and courteous.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent car rental experience with Rushmore, booked through CarJet, in Amman, Jordan. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon my arrival at the airport, I waited for nearly an hour for the pickup service to collect me and provide the vehicle. I had reserved a large car, specifically a Mazda 3 or a similar model, but was instead given a Suzuki Ciaz with 50,000 kilometers on the odometer. Additionally, I encountered issues with the deposit. Instead of placing a hold on my account for £475, the full amount was charged. When I needed to extend my rental due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, I was informed that the price would increase. Ultimately, I returned the car without extending the rental and was told that my deposit would be refunded within 28 days. Regrettably, six weeks later, I had not received my deposit. After multiple calls and messages, I eventually received a reduced amount of £435, attributed to fluctuations in the exchange rate. This experience has been highly frustrating, and I feel compelled to characterize it as a severe inconvenience.

My clients booked this transfer months in advance. Waited 2 hours for their pickup. There was supposed to be someone waiting for them their arrival with a sign. No one showed up! My clients were forced to take a taxi from the airport to their hotel.

My experience was terrible. I arrived at Queen Alia International Airport at 4:30 AM after a 10-hour flight, but there was no driver waiting for me or any communication. I ended up calling an Uber to my hotel.

It's my first time in Jordan and I wasn't sure if they have Uber or not, so I decided to book a car service, especially since I'm a solo female traveler and was arriving at an off time. My driver Yuones, was super professional and kind. He even helped carry my luggage upstairs when we arrived at my place. I absolutely recommend this service and wouldn't hesitate to use it again.

No show from the taxi after long trip from Africa to Jordan so unfortunately I had to pay another $50 Australian dollars,waited an extra hour for them to show very disappointing.
