Punto de encuentro: Después de pasar por la aduana, recoger su equipaje, pasar el control de agricultura y están fuera del aeropuerto, proceda DIRECTAMENTE al paraguas # 10 en el área de llegadas. También se le proporcionarán todos los detalles. (NOTA importante): Después de despejar el Punto de Control de Agricultura, y antes de salir del aeropuerto, procederá a través de un conjunto de puertas de vidrio. They dropped me off at the wrong hotel. The contact number does not work / it is not a valid number. I tried to email thorough Viator no response . I had to pay a taxi to take me to correct property. Prior I sent address and hotel name.

Then when you responded you provided Resort name with only the first name “RIU” and there are 3 different “RIU RESORTS” ( I responded below trying to get the correct hotel) Hello.. As stated above, this is a very unfortunate situation and If I were provided a copy of your itinerary I could have seen which resort you were actually staying at, however we must go by what our clients tell us and we assume they know where they are actually staying at.
Pablo saw me and my family sitting on the curb because another shuttle company cancelled on us because of the taxi protestors outside of our hotel. He offered to take us to the airport, free of charge, because he saw how worried we were about getting home safely. He was a great driver, very friendly and reminded me that there are still angels out there!
