Su conductor lo estará esperando en la sala de llegadas junto al PUNTO DE ENCUENTRO DEL CONDUCTOR/SERVICIO DE LIMO con un cartel con el nombre del viajero principal. NOTA IMPORTANTE: Por favor indique la cantidad de equipaje que tiene.

Totally ripped off. It was during the Bezos wedding and this company charged us $600 CDN stating NO OTHER TRANSPORTATION would be available and since we’re seniors unfamiliar with Venice, we paid that price. Not even a bottle of water provided after a long flight arriving in very hot Venice late June. Driver took us in circles for some reason before leaving us at dock for water taxi. Outrageous. They took advantage and we felt we had no other choice.

Your request was made during peak season as an urgent reservation on June 23 for service on June 25, which coincided with exceptionally high demand in Venice. During those specific dates, access by water taxi to Palazzo Paruta was extremely limited, and we informed you in advance that water taxis were largely unavailable and very difficult to secure. After extensive discussions with you and coordination within our team and partners, we managed to secure a water taxi as a special arrangement. However, due to traffic restrictions and availability constraints, the drop-off point could only be arranged near Sant'Angelo, which is approximately a one-minute walk from your final destination. This solution was communicated and confirmed in order to ensure you could still reach your accommodation smoothly despite the exceptional circumstances in the city. Regarding pricing, rates during peak events and last-minute bookings in Venice increase significantly due to limited availability and high operational costs. The amount quoted reflected the real-time market conditions and the urgent nature of the request. There was absolutely no intention to take advantage of you, and we sincerely regret that you felt this way. Our priority is always to provide transparent communication and reliable service, especially for guests visiting Venice for the first time. We appreciate your feedback and will take your comments into account as we continue improving our service standards.
Superb service! Office called 2 days before to confirm people and number of bags. Text received the day before and Stefano was our driver. Water Taxi was at the hotel 10 minutes before the 6am reserved time taking right to the car and off to the airport. Seamless and perfect with a very clean SUV.
