TRASLADO DE LLEGADA. Después de haber recogido su equipaje, diríjase a la aduana y salga a la sala de llegadas. Su conductor lo estará esperando en la sala de llegadas junto al PUNTO DE ENCUENTRO DEL CONDUCTOR/SERVICIO DE LIMO con un cartel con el nombre del viajero principal. NOTA IMPORTANTE: indique la cantidad de equipaje que tiene, el nombre del crucero y el número de terminal en el campo Requisitos especiales al realizar la reserva.

On time and easy to use. No issues at all. Quiet ride, fit everyone easily. Drop off was in construction and had no issues getting us very close.
Outstanding experience all around. Before the communication was perfect and timely, and provided confidence in our reservation booking. Our driver Vincenzo was professional and polite and got us to our destination with no issues. The vehicle was very comfortable and provided a calm and peaceful transport.
100% would recommend! Was it pricey? Yes. But worth every penny to have our driver meet us inside the airport, help us with our bags to where he was parked right by the entrance, with a pleasant comfortable safe trip. Car had plenty of room for our luggage (4 full size bags, 4 carryons, plus personal items) and the 4 of us. Driver did not speak a lot of English but we were able to communicate with him just fine. He certainly knew more English than we knew Italian! He was pleasant, friendly and a good driver. We made a stop about halfway through at a McDonald’s for a bathroom break and to stretch our legs - bathrooms were very clean. This was exactly what we hoped for when we booked this. I would have no hesitation booking it again.

I cannot say enough amazing things! We booked a private car from the airport to the the hotel (2 hours away). Our flight was 8 hours delayed! They were so easy to get ahold of and worked with me to make sure we had the car waiting for us! Took away all the added stress of what was going to happen when we finally arrived!

One thing I can say is that this was hugely expensive. The other thing I can say is that I had completely messed up our planning, and I was in desperate need of getting from Venice to Ravenna within 12 hours, having no idea where else to turn. Our driver was on time, he was courteous, and he stopped the van when I needed to pee. An expensive lesson, to be sure.

After another tour operator cancelled last minute so we booked this group and they were responsive and helpful setting us up for the next day. Driver was great. Highly recommend.

Excellent transfer. Initially quite confusing with so many different agencies and contact details. Our driver Francesco was very kind and professional.

When I talked to a customer service representative, he told me I had to pay another $160 to go to hotel rather than cruise port. Then he led me to believe we also had transportation from hotel to cruise port the next day. I was then told by another person that it would cost us another $291 to go to port from hotel. We took a taxi which only cost 60 euro. I was not happy.

It was very easy to communicate with the company and the driver. I was given his direct number. Pick up was effortless. I was brought to my choice of hotel in Ravenna and my bags were carried to reception. The entire drive was just over two hours and others I spoke to who used other modes of transportation spent at least 3 and half hours.
