He was an hour late. If traffic is bad, maybe plan accordingly. We had to sit and wait in the airport, and communication on where we were to meet was confusing.
In some cases, after having warned the customer, we say that the collection is made 45 minutes after landing, obviously he is informed since the wait for the passport is always more than an hour, in this case the customer had been informed, we are not at fault if he did not have luggage or he was lucky at passport control.
He waited as it was insanely busy and super unorganized so I appreciate him navigating and sending me messages. We updated where we were in line often. I wish he didn't walk so fast. Thankfully we could keep up but felt like we were in a race. If I was traveling with my elder parent they could not keep up. He just grabbed two of our bags and started walking at a very fast pace. He didn't say one word to us during the entire ride, maybe because he didn't speak English? It was nice to get in and he had hand towels, candy and room temp water.
We are very professional, we don't talk if the customer is not willing to talk, so we don't know if the customer at that moment maybe wants to talk, and it's very strange that he hasn't even exchanged a word with us.
Exceptional service before arrival. Transportation was fun easy and excellent. Highly recommend. I use same service in Mexico always the Best

Excellent way to travel from Rome airport to Civitavecchia for cruise ship port. Michelangelo was our Driver, Singer, and Artist! A big Mercedes SUV was truly comfortable after long flights. Wonderful transport—no worries! (ps: he has a voice like Andrea Boticelli)

Michael Angelo was fantastic! He was very personable and entertaining. He’s a professional singer and driver so we were entertained thoroughly from our airport pick up to the hotel. On arrival, he made sure that we were connected to the people we were meeting and that we had everything we needed to begin our vacation.
