The driver was there waiting on us☺️ we was nice & professional. It was extremely HOTTTT that day. We got to the van it was NICE & COLD PERFECT & he had bottles of cold water waiting for us in his cooler. I would use this company over again. Thank you for taking my family & I safely to our resort.
Driver was there at the airport when we arrived with a sign. He was very helpful and friendly and got us to our resort safely.
This transport/tour company provided us with roundtrip airport transfers. The services provided was simply excellent. Communication and reliability are superior. We had minor changes in flight times. Changes were accomadated and promptly acknowledged. Driver promtly arrived to pick us up. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend.
Driver was on time and very cordial. He had a large sign with our name it in order to identify himself. He assisted in getting our bags on and off the shuttle.
The company was very professional. They were on time. They were very communicative. On the return transfer, I needed to be picked up earlier than their suggested because I was nervous about getting to the airport on time. When I suggested the earlier pick up time, they did not hesitate to accommodate my request. However, it turned out that their suggested pick up time would’ve gotten me to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Truly professional company that knows the ends and out of the business, I would highly recommend and use them again.
This is our first time to CR and we are used Best Trips for airport transportation then take a short tour to Tamarindo Beach. Great communications, very prompt and very nice to work with for my entire our trips.

Roads are very rough hilly and tight. But are driver was careful and apologetic. Luis did a great job getting us there in a timely manner.
