Very expensive as it was a ten minute drive for $85AUD. Cost max $25 if doing it via uber or taxi. Driver communicated well and was on time. Car clean.

Please don’t use this car service. We traveled with our family(with kids) to Jeju Island and they were impossible to get in touch with. I even emailed them to confirm our pick up in advance but no response. I was hoping they were at the airport waiting but no sign.. This was our first trip to Jeju and we no idea what to expect. Thankfully, we were able to take local taxi at the airport with half of the price this company charged me for and they have rejected our refund request. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I don’t want anyone else to experience what we have gone through. Total waste of my time and money. Please don’t bother with this company and look elsewhere.

Our group had an excellent experience with our transfer from Jeju airport to our hotel. Our driver and their management communicated with us prior to the pickup to ensure we were able to easily find our driver. Our driver was exactly on time at the pickup. He made a very quick, efficient and safe transfer to our hotel. We highly recommend this company.
