Cada trayecto dura aproximadamente 50 minutos. Esto es lo que diferencia este servicio : Paradas estratégicamente situadas: En el aeropuerto de Fiumicino, el autobús sale de la Terminal 3, primer carril de estacionamiento #16, en el lado derecho. En la estación Termini, la parada se encuentra en Via Marsala 5, justo enfrente del Hotel Royal Santina. Embarque sin complicaciones: Se ruega a los pasajeros que lleguen a la parada de autobús al menos 15 minutos antes de la salida para confirmar su presencia.

It would be a lot easier if you gave a stall number for people to look for. The person looking at the tickets didn’t know where to look then took photos of my receipt when all he had to do was be patient so I could show him.
Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. I am a little confused by your statement. Our staff is well trained and knows exactly where and how to check passengers' tickets. The issue is that, on some occasions, due to the connection between our booking system and the booking portal, a reservation may not immediately appear correctly in our passenger list. When this happens, it simply takes a few extra minutes to retrieve and validate the booking. We sincerely hope that this occasional technical delay does not cause significant inconvenience to our passengers, and we appreciate your patience and understanding should such a situation arise. The staff on the the street (ticket seller) and driver were rude and unhelpful. They were completely disinterested in the paying clients and even shouted at an old lady who had a walking cane to put her suitcase into the luggage hold at the base of the coach. Such behaviour is reprehensible and such staff need retraining at the very least. There is no management or supervision whatsoever. Not recommended.

The convenience and the cost is worth it for the money. However, our driver must be having a bad day as he was screaming and fighting with other drivers on the road. (Maybe it’s a culture thing?) the whole drive he must have yelled and honked at maybe 4 -6 different cars. I guess in the US we call it more like “road rage” :) the ticket guys are very helpful and friendly. But hey, it was a cheap and convenient ride for us so give it a try anyway.

The service is practical but it is much better to go by train since it is crazy to get into traffic towards Rome with many stops and the drivers seem to be in a hurry they go super fast I don’t know how they don’t crash and it’s super uncomfortable braking and accelerating continuously they are not smooth at all to the point of vomiting

Extremely useful and efficient service. However, the ground staff is rude and arrogant ... In Rome, we say coattelli. It is advisable to choose more courteous staff.

I missed my stop at tge Vatican so I missed a private tour I thought the bus trip ended at the Vatican and we were already past it when I realized so I lost a $200 deposit plus received a $80; citation in Rome after getting on the wrong bus with no ticket

Bought tickets online as cheaper by €2 pp. €7pp. the pick up is at stand 16. Follow the bus signs at the airport. Easy to locate and terminal 1 and 3 are side by side. Simple to read timetable t all the stops, termini, aurelia, Vatican and airport. Member of staff checks ticket. Luggage stored under coach. Air con usb , charging points, clean coach. Took 35 mins to the Vatican stop. Stops are good easy to retrieve luggage. Booked ticket online for the return. Again staff at the stop to check you on. We arrived earlier at the stop and was allowed to use the previous coach no problem. Great service. Just book online, arrive 15 mins prior to bus time. Allow extra time for traffic at rush hours, unexpected incidents. People moaning about dropping at terminal three but terminal 1 is next door. We flew from terminal 1 it’s 5 mins.
