This was a well priced, convenient option for traveling from Calgary airport to Canmore. My plane was delayed and it was a bit of a hike from my arrival terminal to the meeting spot, but I was called by the company to confirm my arrival. Shuttle was comfortable. I’d definitely use them again
Excellent all around. We arrived early to Calgary and they happily switched us to an earlier van. Top shelf service.

Nice to travel with this transport and got some great information about the journey. Please work on wifi as it was not working
The vehicle's pull-out step did not work. Myself and the partner I was traveling with needed to use the step for mobility assistance. It was very difficult to get into the vehicle. There was a sign inside the vehicle for free WiFi and it was not available. This would have been a nice service to have since we had almost a two hour ride from Calgary to Banff.

Regarding the step, while the vehicle is fully operational and safe to travel in, the pull-out step was unfortunately not functioning during your trip. We understand this may have made boarding more challenging, and we apologize for the inconvenience. As for the WiFi, we do provide complimentary WiFi when available; however, connectivity can be affected by coverage and technical limitations, particularly when traveling through mountain areas. While we understand it would have been a nice addition to the journey, WiFi is considered an extra amenity and is not guaranteed. I booked, but I did not know that the meeting point was inside the airport between exits 4 and 5, so I wandered outside with a cart and bike for 20 minutes on the sidewalk. The informational message arrived when I had already found the office. For the rest, the driver picks you up inside the airport and takes you directly to your destination. Very kind person; the only thing is to perhaps update the music repertoire, not just Indian music 😀.
Depending on where you’re baggage claim area is you might have a long walk to door 4/5. We came in at door 17. But the service we received was wonderful. Red was very helpful. We were dropped off right in front of our hotel.😎

The driver was punctual, helpful, a very good driver but especially with the windy front he drove through.
A horrible experience. We missed our trip out to Banff due to weather/flight delays. I called to transfer the booking to our pick up for trip back to the airport. I tried to call the day prior and the morning of and no answer on the phone. I left multiple messages. It was snowing so hard when we walked to the pick up spot, they did not show up to pick us up. I called & they answered! One hour on phone trying to get another shuttle with no solution. No taxis, no ubers. We finally got a Brewster bus to come get us. We were late for our flights, had to spend a night in Calgary. Problems went on from there. DO NOT BOOK BANFF EXPLORER THROUGH TRIP ADVISOR!
