Aventura en el Amazonas 5 días y 4 noches en Amazon Peacock Paradise Ecolodge

We booked a 5-day Amazon tour with Joshua’s Amazon Tours for a group of six people, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Even before the tour began, Jordana was incredibly helpful, assisting us in arranging transportation from Manaus Airport to our hotel, which made our arrival completely stress-free. The transfers to and from the Amazon were also very well organized and punctual. We stayed at Peacock Paradise Lodge, which was fantastic. The accommodations were comfortable, but what truly stood out was the food. Every meal was freshly prepared, delicious, and thoughtfully made with a strong commitment to minimizing waste. For example, excess fruit was creatively transformed into homemade ice cream, something we greatly appreciated. The family running the lodge was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and flexible in helping us organize activities according to our interests and preferences. One of the highlights of the trip was an ecotourism visit to an Indigenous community, where we had the opportunity to learn about their traditions, culture, and mythology directly from tribe members. It was a meaningful and memorable experience. Our final day was equally amazing. We were accompanied by a different guide, but the transition was completely seamless. She was knowledgeable and friendly, and even took us to her mother’s restaurant for lunch, where we enjoyed yet another incredible meal. Overall, we loved every aspect of this experience. The organization, hospitality, food, guides, and activities were all outstanding. We would absolutely recommend Joshua’s Amazon Tours to anyone looking for an authentic, well-organized, and unforgettable Amazon adventure.

We had a great time on this trip. Loved all the activities, sights, and adventures. Bit of advice, make sure you know to expect accomodations that are basic, very simple food, and, of course, insane heat. If you ready for it, you will enjoy your trip. Highly recommended.

A five-day tour booked through Joshua Amazon Expeditions. We stayed at the Amazon Boto Lodge. It was the most special trip of our lives. Everything arranged to perfection. The guides (Adenir and Allan) were really great. Super excited, they knew how to teach us all about the area and they spoke good English. We are very grateful to them!!

A wonderful experience, everything was excellent, I totally recommend this agency, they cared about everything to make the trip as unforgettable as possible, they even adjusted the activities since we are vegetarians and did not accommodate fishing; we saw of all kinds of animals thanks to our guide Matias who was excellent with us.

We booked the tour spontaneously (1 day before) already in august 2019. Fortunately Joshua and Enilson were able to realize this unique experience for us. We stayed in the jungle for 5 days and 4 nights. Before starting we met Joshua in Manaus where he took off all our sorrows. The next day he took us to the lodge: Already the trip was an adventure! At the lodge we met Enilson (our guide for the days in the jungle us Joshua had to go back to the city). Enilson was a very friendly, courteous and funny guide who has a lot of knowledge about living in the jungle. Often he told us adventurer's tales of his life. What we did: a lot of hiking and piranha-fishing, fish-feeding, spotting a lot of animals (above all birds but also monkeys, snakes, caimons, spiders, insects, frogs, 1 armadillo), visiting a local school and a village, sleeping in hammocks in the jungle (very recommandable). The accommodation was simple - however there was air condition and wifi! Eating was simple too, but good, well-balanced and sufficient. It was really worth it! Thank you for the nice memories.
