Great Tour

Fleeced
Complete waste of time and I should have burned the $$ instead. Horrible instructions with zero assistance. We finally found the first location to get our ‘sticker’. Second location got our tickets (why two locations other than to screw people?). Assistance from that location was simply pointing towards the museum. Absolute MOB SCENE in front of the museum. Zero guidance or signage to direct people. We would have been forced to cut the line that was stretching for two blocks. We never even got into the museum. Our other tours we purchased in Florence were great, but this one felt like a complete rip off. Stay way from this one. You will be glad you did

skip the line worked just as advertised. They were able to accommodate for a same-day travel emergency with my original booking which I was extremely appreciative of.

Chaotic ticketing and entry process
The museum was fine. Chaotic ticketing and entry process Though. But it’s better than waiting in the regular line for entry.

Great if you are short on...
Great if you are short on time and the weather is not cooperating. Efficient staff. Everyone was nice. Only negative was fnding the voucher office because it ate up some of our time.

Disorganized
Waited in hot sun, in a doorway. The folks representing you were rude., only one gentleman appeared to know what they were doing.. When we got to the skip the line place, we were put in a line 15 minutes later than our scheduled time. Tour groups went before us. Never again through your company. We also booked through another and it was so much more organized.
