Great tour. Very educational. Great tour guide, funny and humbling.
Marc was an excellent guide and a real New Yorker. I thought I knew this story but learned I had only scratched the surface. Good balance of factual information, real emotion, humor and seriousness - not easy to pull off so very well done.
An amazing experience, the guide brought everything to life and made it feel so real. It broadened my knowledge of what happened on the day even though I watched it play out from the UK.

Meghan was amazing! She was friendly, funny and so knowledgeable. She had the perfect combination of humor to lighten the mood when appropriate and somber respect when that was the vibe. We learned so much!
Our guide Jake was super knowledgeable about the tour and took great pride in his presentation. Was a lovely little touch at the beginning of the tour where he talked to the individual families/groups and introduced himself. At the end of the tour he offered his contact details to not only those on the tour but for us to contact him, or our families visiting in the future. Would highly recommend any tour Jake is giving.
This tour was absolutely amazing. Ross, our guide, was incredible. We learned so much and appreciated all of the historic information shared with us and the rest of the tour guests. So many of the stops were things that we didn't know about! The details and personal experience information that Ross shared was wonderful, and though parts of the tour were very sad at times, this was a really valuable opportunity for our two children, ages 12 and 16 to experience what this tragic event was like. Thank you so much Ross, you were fantastic!!!
