Incredible experience! Instructions were clear and my friend and I had such a fun time! Our instructor, James, was so funny and kept us laughing (safely) the whole time. Views and pictures were incredible. I highly recommend this experience and will do it every time I'm back in Maui!!
Great zip lines. James and Olivia were awesome guides. It’s marketed as zip lines and ATV’s when in fact you are escorted from the first zip line up to the second in an ATV. You don’t actually drive them which was deceiving. All in all it was fun though.
Mahalo for your feedback. We have no intention in publishing incorrect information. In all of our literature the ATV portion of our tour is described as a Ride-A-Long. We will advise Trip Advisor to make that change in their description of our tour.
My husband and two teenaged kids had the BEST time zip lining through the gorgeous terrain of Maui and the views were stunning!! Savannah was an absolute pleasure and was patient, funny, knowledgeable and engaging. She and Natalie were a great team ensuring everyone was safe and having a great experience. Savannah also took plenty of pictures for us to have as a keepsake option at the end. I highly recommend finding time to do this activity when in the area!! Mahalo
We had a recent experience with this zipline. Mikaila, the catcher, was allowing my partner to go very fast into the spring brakes which seemed very risky. She is supposed to let us know when we go too fast or slow and relied on her judgement. We are not sure why and only after we brought it up did she start signaling for my partner to slow down. After the experience my partner had a headache and whiplash symptoms for the rest of day. We believe she needs more training on this. We were also the only people of color which made us second guess why she let that happen.

I was expecting a zip line with a highly rated experience, but was I not expecting was the two guides Casey and Lindsay who made experience even better, they knowledge with the environment and conservation information made it even more of an experience along with their humor and gracious grading skills. I would highly recommend it for any family or couples.
From start to finish, this was an incredible experience. The staff were incredibly kind, engaging, professional, and safe. They took such great care of everyone in our group, from elderly to child, and those with nerves. They explained everything thoroughly and made it fun. Equipment was comfortable and the sights were beautiful! I highly recommend!
We had the best experience!!! Our guides, Brenden and Bri, were absolutely amazing; they were so engaging and fun. Everything ran smoothly, and safety felt like a priority at all times. The team was efficient and professional, but still so personable while ensuring we all had a great time! Have ziplined other places in Maui, and this was definitely my favorite!
We had a great time today with out guide Ang and Kyle Our catcher and Bates the driver. Very safe and the pictures & videos were plentiful. We would absolutely do it again as they were very friendly and well run.
Our zip-lining adventure in Lahaina was the absolute highlight of our Maui trip and one of the best experiences we have had as a family! The ocean views of the coast were breathtaking and soaring through the tropical jungle trees on the six zip-lines was absolutely exhilarating! Our guides, Angie, Ollie, Breezy, and Sam, were amazing and created an atmosphere full of fun, excitement, and energy all while adhering to the highest standards of safety, knowledge of the terrain, and professionalism. We can’t wait to come back to the islands and zipline here again!!!
