this was a well organised tour that showed us some main highlights of Suzhou. Good communication in advance from the operator, we were collected from hotel, taken to three spots where tickets had been bought in advance, had a good lunch and dropped back to hotel around. Lin our guide was full of information and flexible to change any plans or specifc requests we had. Recommend this trip

Tracy was my guide and she was wonderful. The tour was full of history and beautiful architecture in addition to some really neat parts of the city. Being picked up at my hotel was also very convenient for me since English Map apps can be a little difficult to use in China. Can’t recommend the tour enough if you’re visiting Suzhou!
Experience in Suzhou was very nice, we visited some beautiful gardens and Jack explained important cultural and historic details, also was very nice with our requirements, we recommend this tour 100%
Very good guide! We love all the titbits that were shared by Jerry. He is very approachable and knowledgeable about the places we visited, namely Humble's Administrator Garden and Pan Men. We briefly went through Pinging Road as my mother was unable to walk much and he adjusted the experience accordingly for us. He kept asking us on our preferences to cater to our likings. His enthusiasm in sharing what he knows is extremely contagious, keeping us excited the entire time. At the same time, there were ample relaxing time for us to fully enjoy the beauties of Suzhou. I will definitely look for Jerry when I return again. Additional tip: Please ask Jerry to take pictures for you. He is a fantastic photographer and knows the best place to capture memories of your visit.
This tour was amazing and I highly recommend. My mother and I did the half day tour and came in from Shanghai. The train ride was easy (only 30 min by bullet train) and our tour guide met us right at the station with a warm welcome. We were able to fill our time with things we wanted todo and the guide is very flexible. Our guide Tracy was very informative with every place we went. She was able to tell us so much about the amazing history that the city holds. Having a guide really enhanced our experience and understanding of the beautiful city. We learned much more then we would be able to if we were on our own. If you’re looking for a quick get away Suzhou is the place to go!
Tracy and the driver met us at the train station and we set off to see Suzhou. She was an excellent guide and flexible regarding our interests. She took us to Tiger Hill and the Humble Administrator's Garden. Her knowledge appeared excellent and she was quite willing to answer questions, We also decided, last minute, to take a leisurely "gondola" ride. She accompanied us to the hotel and ensured we were checked-in before she departed. The booking process with Viator was pretty smooth and they were excellent communicators. Even though we had a minor "glitch," they worked to correct the issue to my satisfaction - which they diid! I will use them again. All in all, we had a great time in Suzhou and I recommend Viator.
We enjoyed this tour very much. You pick the place where you want to go. Our guide was very knowledgeable and the pace was just right to enjoy the Garden of the humble administrator and the PanMen gate. We highly recommend it. Thank you for making this a very memorable day. Cheers Andreas
