9 cañones que los artesanos de Hue fundieron en el segundo año de Gia Long (1803). Nueve cañones se consideran una de las obras de arte de bronce más valiosas. Los nueve cañones antiguos se colocaron al pie de la Ciudadela Imperial, en la entrada de la Puerta Ngo Mon, la ciudad imperial de Hue. Durante el reinado del rey Khai Dinh, fueron reubicados en su posición actual.
Construido en 1833 al estilo tradicional vietnamita bajo el reinado del rey Minh Mang y utilizado por los reyes para movimientos de tropas y ceremonias.
Un monumento arquitectónico de la dinastía Nguyen ubicado en el centro de la cara sur de la ciudadela de Hue dentro de la fortaleza de Nam Chanh, que también es el lugar para colgar la bandera de la corte real.
Este Palacio está ubicado en el área de la Ciudad Imperial de la ciudadela de Hue, que es el lugar de coronación de 13 reyes Nguyen desde Gia Long hasta Bao Dai. En los regímenes feudales, este palacio era considerado el centro del país.
Estas son nueve urnas de bronce, ubicadas frente al Templo Mieu en la Ciudadela Imperial de Hue. Nine Peaks fue encargado por el emperador Minh Mang en el invierno de 1835 e inaugurado el 1 de marzo de 1837.
El Mieu también llamado The To Mieu construido en 1821 por los segundos reyes de la dinastía Nguyen: Minh Mang. Este es un templo para adorar a 10 reyes de la dinastía Nguyen.

La Ciudad Púrpura Prohibida pertenece a un complejo de la antigua capital de Hue, que es el centro de la vida cotidiana de los Reyes, sus Reinas, Esposas Menores y Cocubinas de los Emperadores Nguyen. La Ciudad Prohibida se encuentra detrás del palacio Thai Hoa, fue construida por primera vez por el rey Gia Long (1804). En el tercer año del reinado de Minh Mang (1822), el rey cambió el nombre a Ciudad Púrpura Prohibida.

We had Thanh as our tour guide and she was incredible! This walking tour was the best way to see the Imperial city, we started at 7am to avoid the heat of the day. Thanh had incredible knowledge and such impressive language skills to be able to answer all of our questions, she didn't miss a detail, from the tiniest pieces of mosaic artwork to the large gates and thrown. Thanh told us about the history of Vietnam as well as the Kings of Hue and the impact of the wars on the city and buildings. We went around all of the important buildings in a logical way and didn't even notice the walking! We would highly recommend this tour, especially Thanh!
