It was a very well organised tour and professionally managed. From our pickup in KK, driver was punctual and took us on a leisurely tour of Pekan Nabalu and Desa Dairy Farm. The stay at Kinabalu Park was a treat! I wished that we could also stay there post the hike too but we had to return back to KK If you want to avoid big groups and have a more personalised experience, the private package is highly recommended. We were guided by Sam who is awesome in assisting us throughout our hike till we were safely back to Park HQ.

Borneo calling team were excellent in coordinating our whole tour to Mt. Kinabalu. The guide and the potter arranged vis them were excellent in ensuring our safety and made sure we were able to make the summit on our own pace. The hotel stay at park was excellent, food was beyond our expectation and the stay at Panalaban was nothing less than our stay at the park. Kudos to the Borneo Calling team and keep up your good work in keeping the hikers safety as paramount.

After much contemplating, I decided at the age of 65 to attempt a hike up South East Asia highest peak and to reached Low's peak on my birthday of 66 years of age. That mountain is Mount Kinabalu, Borneo rising up to a height of 4095.2 M A.S.L. And Borneo Calling answered my to my wish. All arrangements by Borneo Calling was excellent , which includes all necessary administration, guided day tour, transportation between destinations, lodging at Kinabalu Park and assigned mountain guide who saw to our safety up and down the mountain during this climb expedition. There is no doubt that Borneo Calling is the valued team partner to be with to explore eco- Borneo and to make ones bucket list wish comes true.
