Told us to get in line to get on bus. The bus stops right where everyone is getting off the cruise ship. So we are in line and everyone walking off the ship just gets on so we have to wait another 30 minutes for a bus. We get on the bus and it takes us the wrong way we wanted to go. They dont tell you when you get on the bus where it is going. Couldn't find the bus stops so we ended up getting ubers. not a very organized hop on hop off.
The bus and tour guide were great. Unfortunately our experience was dampened by the disrespectful people on the bus who consistently talked over the guide. He attempted to quiet them, but they did not seem to care that they were ruining the experience of the others on the bus. If you want to see the city and get transport - it’s great. If you want the tour, you might consider another option.

Still waiting for a manager to call me after yesterday‘s experience. The bus driver shut the door on my wife, who fell out of the bus, rolled and got blood all over her clothes.

Since the incident, I have remained in regular communication with you to ensure your concerns were being addressed. I sincerely apologized for what happened, offered to replace your wife's jacket that was damaged during the incident, and arranged complimentary transportation from Butchart Gardens so you could continue your visit with as little disruption as possible. The safety and well-being of our guests remains our highest priority. We hope to welcome you back to Victoria in the future!
If you are looking for an easy and affordable way to explore a new city, the Hop on and Off bus is the way to go! The drivers we had were informed and pretty funny, too. The tour gave us ideas of where we would want to spend more time when visiting in the future.

Brian the driver was extremely knowledgeable and very funny. The timetable worked like clockwork. We took the 90 minute tour and then decided what and when to hop on and off.

It actually was fun to do! A great way to see the beautiful city of Victoria and the surrounding areas, with an interesting history! What was most enjoyable was the pride, respect and knowledge that the drivers had, in telling about about their part of the world, totally personable! And the tour bus was an interesting experience itself.

We waited 60 minutes for the hop on hop off bus to get to the Victoria British Columbia port Ogden Point. Granted we didn't get to the port till 5 pm and buses stoped at 7pm, so by the time we got on the bus it was 6 pm only had an hour to see the route, we only seen half the stops it was expensive at $52 for 1 hour. Would of rather did a excursion we had till 9:30 pm to get back to the ship. We've done hop on hop off buses many times and always loved them. Not this one.
