Vanessa was very good in guiding our group inside the Uffizi in Florence, in 2 hours we were able to visit the most prestigious rooms and works, thanks to her extraordinary competence and professionalism.
We had a great time touring Florence with Vanessa. We chose to do a tour on our first day to get a sense of the city, sort of a Florence 101 course. We learned so much about the history and culture of Florence from Vanessa. She was friendly, informative, and interesting. She asked questions of what we were interested in and tailored the tour accordingly. Vanessa gave us suggestions on places to go and things to see for the next few days we had in Florence; her recommendations were spot on! By the time we finished we felt like not only had we gained a sense of the city, we had gained a friend. We highly recommend Vanessa to anyone looking to learn a little or a lot about the art, history, and culture of Florence.
I met Vanessa over 5 years ago when I was traveling Solo and she was working for a Golf Cart tour Company. It was my first day in Florence and I had a hard time finding where I was supposed to go. She guided me to where she was located and we remained in touch even when I returned home. She has a huge heart and such compassion and we immediately had a special connection. When Tom and I returned 3 years ago to the day! We found the same Golf cart company that which her Partner, Enrico owned and he took us on a private tour and they had transformed their Business model into a Tour Company in Florence. So we go to know Enrico and we knew we had found 2 very special people in Italy that we would remain friends with forever! We also did a tour on that trip with Vanessa to visit Artisan shops and to explore the Oltrarno area. She introduced me to me several Artisans on Sdrucciolo dei Pitti street right across from Pitti Palace. (And several others) I visit these shop owners who have also become friends every time we come back. So on this trip….it truly was returning to visit good friends in Florence. We met Vanessa in the afternoon and she offer a couple of places we had not been. We chose to visit the Medici Ricarrdi Palace as I heard it was amazing (And super stunning Chapel) And it did not dis appoint. Her knowledge about all of Florence is amazing. What a special experience. But even more is Tom and I both feel like we have found family in all of Italy. Blessed for sure! 🥰
Vanessa has a deep historical and artistic knowledge of Florence. Great empathy and a sweet smile.
Vanessa is very prepared, attentive and customizes the tour as the group likes. Sincerely passionate about her work, history and art she transmits her passion to everyone. Highly recommended
We left in 6 for Florence at the last moment and we could not find tickets for the most popular museums. So we opted for a city tour with a private guide. Vanessa was recommended by a colleague of hers and visiting Florence with her was a fantastic experience! Very kind, helpful and with an excellent knowledge of the city and its history. We plan to return to Florence in 2026 and will definitely contact Vanessa!
Happy to have followed the advice of a girl living in Florence. My 69-year-old mom and I spent a very pleasant afternoon with Vanessa who showed us, explained and revealed many magical places in Florence in a clear and original way and taking into account our needs. We ended the tour with a wine tasting in a winery chosen by Vanessa and were delighted. We will definitely contact Vanessa again next time.
Vanessa was a fantastic tour guide! We walked for 2 hours and saw the main sites and also hidden gems! I would recommend her %110!! Best way to start a trip!
Vanessa explained the history of the Medici family and then took us to the most significant places. In simple, but very effective language, he explained a lot of things to us. He infected us with his passion. Two hours flew by. We highly recommend it.
Very nice and engaging experience. Vanessa accompanied us on a 2-hour tour focused on the Medici dynasty, first with a visit to the Medici chapels and then on foot to the city center where we touched the most significant places related to the history of the Medici family. Vanessa 'was very professional and has been able to give a' imprint of liveliness' and lightness to the whole route. Time has flown!! Excellent also the advice he gave us for lunch. We will definitely repeat the experience.
