En este recorrido recorreremos los rincones más emblemáticos de Cádiz y te contaré la fascinante historia que esconde la ciudad más antigua de Occidente, amenizada con curiosas historias y anécdotas de la ciudad. En el transcurso de estas 2,5 horas, aprenderás a identificar la casa de un cargador indio, descubrirás algunas de las joyas de nuestro patrimonio escondidas a plena vista y descubrirás por qué Cádiz fue la única ciudad en España a la que Napoleón no se le permitió entrar, entre muchas otras cosas. Desde nuestro punto de encuentro junto al ayuntamiento, en la Plaza San Juan de Dios, permítanme guiarles a través de nuestros 3000 años de historia de una manera dinámica y entretenida para que puedan conocer hoy mejor Cádiz y el papel protagonista que tuvimos en el pasado, haciendo una parada especial para hablar de "La Pepa", la primera Constitución Española de 1812.

Itinerario
Este es el punto de partida donde comenzaremos con una breve explicación sobre la Historia de Cádiz y las primeras civilizaciones que vivieron aquí.
Visitaremos la zona medieval y el barrio más antiguo de Cádiz llamado “Pópulo”, construido en el siglo XIII y donde encontraremos importantes patrimonios como el teatro romano, la casa del Comerciante más antigua y la Catedral Vieja.
En esta parada veremos la fachada principal de la Catedral Nueva de Cádiz y conocerás su construcción
Les mostraré uno de los lugares favoritos de los lugareños que es el mercado de alimentos frescos. Me tomaré un tiempo para hablar de gastronomía local y te daré algunas recomendaciones.
Visitaremos el Barrio de los Comerciantes, las calles más bonitas y lujosas de Cádiz. Aprenderás a reconocer la casa de un Comerciante y cuál es el uso de cada piso.
Nuestra última parada en Plaza de España. Conocerás uno de los momentos más importantes de Cádiz, y por qué fue la única ciudad libre de España cuando Napoleón invadió nuestro país.

Booking was a bit of a faff and the ticket delivery on poor WiFi is a hassle BUT the Tour was brilliant! V was an excellent tour guide - informative, interesting and full of useful info. Well paced in the summer heat of Cádiz. All round a good intro to this interesting city.

When we visit a new place, we normally sign up for a walking tour to get into the spirit of the place, and it was an excellent decision with our visit to Cádiz. Cadiz is a small city with lots of interesting history. Our guide, Victoria, was terrific. She kept control of the group while navigating the various sites and gave us lots of extra information like places to eat and mingle with locals. We learned so much more than we could have on our own, and enjoyed the company of other travelers.

Good guide but sometimes explanation in the sun
