We paid for the tour and waited for one hour and they never picked us up for the tour. I texted the tour operator 3 times and never heard anything back.
Very rude service. Full commercial. A cliché aimed at quickly getting rid of the client. We do not recommend it. We were earlier that day at the Cricova Winery, where we felt like expected guests and were treated with respect and cordiality. Waiters rude. Nobody cares about the customer. It's really a waste of time and nerves.
Our guide Elena made this day absolutely wonderful with her positivity and great knowledge about the country and the attractions! All three locations lived up to our expectations. This excursion is highly recommended!

We did all of our travels while in Moldova with Best Moldova tours. Everything was organized well and great English speaking tour guide. Recommend.

The pickup was exactly on time and I thoroughly enjoyed maytime with the driver, listening to great music and chatting. We got to Milestii Mici as it opened and were first in line. Everyone should see this winery; it boggles the mind to drive through tunnels in a winery. As enjoyable as the morning was, the afternoon was even better. The guide to Tiraspol, Nicolai joined us and provided incredible insight to the area. Nicolai is very smart and quite a good conversationalist. He answered all of my many questions and took me all through the area. It's such an incredible area and the history behind it and the current state is unique and intriguing. I have recommended Moldova to friends who travel, emphasizing that they must go to Milestii Mici and Tiraspol and definitely go through Best Moldova and ask for Nicolai.

The guide picked me up at the hotel and we left for this amazing wine catacombs in which we made a tour and got to know about the importance of wine for the country. This catacombs give you a feeling of entering the batcave and later we had a wine tasting. Then we continued to the road to visit Transnistria, a small country which is definitely worth to visit. Very friendly people and the impression of the soviet days, great food and of course nice cognac made it a trip to remember for a lifetime.
Dear Johng, Thank you very much for your review! BESTMoldova.md really appreciate this! With best regards, BESTMoldova.md
Easiest, safest (bit of an understatement as the worst that might happen is you might get ripped off by a paltry few dollars) but most of all hassle-free way of experiencing the Pridnestrovie region is through BEST. You can certainly do it on your own even if you don't speak Russian, although a few words and general politeness go very far. The winery was unforseenly closed for us so as a substitute, we were given a tour of the Bender fortress and in depth Tiraspol tour. The staff are very knowledgeable and you will learn a lot about this fascinating history rich land.
Dear Elliot, thank you very much for your review! We really appreciate this! With best regards, BESTMoldova.md team

Had a fantastic day on this tour learning about Moldovan wine and history. Both guides were super knowledgeable, friendly and allowed plenty of time to see the sights along the way. The winery is astonishing and the wine tasting was a very pleasant experience. Visiting Transnistria was incredible and a bit scary border crossings! at the same time, although the guys from BestMoldova got us through without any problems. The whole experience from start to finish was flawless and the transport was modern and comfortable. Thanks very much BestMoldova.

We had a day trip to Milestii Mici winery/wine cellar complex the largest in the world plus Bender and Tiraspol. The wine cellars were closed due to a power shortage on the first attempt, so on the day of our arrival we only visited Bender and Tiraspol. But that was not a problem, as the travel company arranged us a separate trip to the cellars next morning. All in all, the trips were well organized and our guides on both days had a good knowledge of the places we visited. This trip can well be recommended.

I have to comment the tour excursions separately as we were unable to do the 2 excursions in one day. The Milestii Mici winery lost electricity on our originally scheduled day.

3 stars: Tiraspol Transnistria. If you are interested in seeing what a version of communist regime is, then I would book this tour. Both bour tour guide and driver -- through BEST Moldova company -- were reassuring in navigating us through the entry to Transnistria. As an American, it's a little harrowing. I liked seein some of the sights, but didn't feel like we needed to spend as much time in the area as is allotted. Lunch at Ukrainian restaurant very good.

4 stars: Milestii Mici. If you enjoy wine, the underground wine caves are truly something to see. BEST Moldova travel company is to commended to picking us up on a separate date to ensure we got to see Milestii Mici. There are many hidden surprises along the tour! I would definitely recommend adding the wine tasting experience should you book this package. We had some in our group who didn't and they had to stand awkwardly around while those of us who were tasting got situated. Milestii Mici puts on an impressive spread to accompany the wines. Be ready to power drink, though, as there isn't a lot of time to sit and linger.
