Itinerario

Got there early and 1st in queue Others were pulled forward because they had children so waste of time getting there early. Surrounded by French who was smoking shouting and clearly unable to discipline their children. Seen absolutely nothing on the glass bottom apart from sand and only 1 stop for water, not enough life jackets or snorkel equipment and water was very choppy where we was taken to. Drinks and snacks reasonably priced. Over all disappointed
DO NOT BOOK! THIS IS NOT THE BLUE LAGON!! They take you to the “local lagoon” which is a name they’ve made up for Plaji (Blaji) Bay, don’t book with the TripAdvisor down the harbour as they will tell you blue Lagoon and then switch their posters out when your on the boat. The ladies (one old and one young) (mother and daughter) also become highly aggressive when they are caught out and got in my face which police pulled her back all after asking for a refund. ( also police agreed and told us to sue)Amazing people on the boat though very nice and respectful.
Thank you for your review. We would, however, like to clarify several points for anyone reading this review. When you first came to the harbour, you were given clear and correct information about the different boat trips available. You were specifically told that our trip goes to the Local Blue Lagoon, as clearly stated on all of our signs and promotional material. You were also informed that the Blue Lagoon in the Akamas area is a much longer trip, taking approximately 5 hours round trip. As your partner had explained that they do not do well on long boat trips, you were advised that the shorter 2.5-hour Local Blue Lagoon trip would be the more suitable option. You then returned the following day and chose to book the 2.5-hour trip. It is therefore disappointing to see that you are now describing the trip as though you had been promised the Akamas Blue Lagoon. At no point were you told that the 2.5-hour trip went to the Akamas area. We also strongly disagree with the description of our staff as becoming “highly aggressive” or getting “in your face.” When you returned to the harbour to discuss your concerns, our staff attempted to speak with you and explain the situation. We are sorry that the conversation became heated, but we do not accept the suggestion that our staff acted aggressively towards you. We are pleased that you found the crew on the boat to be “very nice and respectful,” as they work hard to make sure our guests have an enjoyable and safe experience. We always aim to be completely transparent about our different trips and destinations, and we regret that there was a misunderstanding regarding the name and destination of the Local Blue Lagoon. However, we feel it is important to provide the full context for future guests reading this review.
We were really looking forward to the snorkeling. The crew was very friendly. Unfortunately, there were only a handful of snorkels on board, so we were only left with swimming in the sea. Too bad!
Thank you for your review, and we’re pleased to hear that you found our crew friendly. We’re sorry that there was not enough snorkelling equipment available for everyone on the day. We provide snorkels, masks, life jackets and noodles free of charge as a courtesy to our guests, and we always do our best to have enough equipment for everyone who would like to use it. Unfortunately, because the equipment is provided without any deposit or additional charge, some items are occasionally not returned by previous guests or are even lost in the sea. This can sometimes leave us with fewer sets than we would like. We completely understand that you were looking forward to snorkelling, and we appreciate your disappointment. If snorkelling is the main reason for booking a boat trip, we would always recommend bringing your own mask and snorkel, simply to guarantee that you have equipment that fits you and is available for your use. We’re glad you still enjoyed the friendliness of our crew, and we hope you’ll give us another opportunity to provide you with a better experience.
Very good. I recommend this boat tour.
Was an ok trip to sail just as nice. Good attentive crew. Sailing over a wreck you don't see too much of. Then snorkelling and back to the harbour. For that price a fine trip
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the boat trip, found our crew attentive and friendly, and had the opportunity to snorkel. As you mention, the trip includes a boat ride over the wreck before a swimming and snorkelling stop, followed by the return journey to the harbour. We appreciate your honest comments and are glad you felt that it was a good trip for the price. We hope to welcome you back again in the future!
We had a great time on the boat, we were very fortunate that we saw a sea turtle within the first 5 minutes (clear and at length). They cleaned the glass on the bottom to make sure we had clear visibility and the guide talked to us passionately about the sea bed and the Vera ship wreck. We had an hour swim time which they encouraged you to have as much fun as possible while out and even threw some food in for the fishes to encourage those snorkelling. There was a shower on board to get rid of the sea water. The trip wasn’t overbooked so loads of space for everyone that was there - def not overcrowding. Lovely family trip vibe.
There were at most 25 people on the boat! Everything is relaxed
Great 2.5 hour boat trip and itinerary. Highly recommended for all ages. Excellent value for money. Staff were brilliant.
Top draw amazing cruise in a glass bottom boat to see a ship wreck. Then off to a small area for some snoring and swimming making use of the boats slide. Travelled back as the sunset rating our sandwiches and fruit on board. Can not recommend this tour enough the staff are all very helpful kind and welcoming
Really enjoyable and good value for money the crew were brilliant and helped my daughter getting in and out as she was very nervous at first
