ZeCarlos was great! We had so much fun making causa, pisco sour and ceviche. I would recommend to anyone wanting to learn how to make Peruvian food and getting a little bit of history along with the food.
Very well run. It works with the time and lasts about 3 hours.

This cooking class was top notch! I would highly recommend it, it was the highlight of our time in Lima. Part of it was that the group we were paired with was having so much fun which added to the overall atmosphere, but also our chef, George, allowed us to have all the fun and was a great teacher! We actually had to reschedule our booking because my husband was ill on the day we were supposed to do it and Luchito's let us move it for free. We lucked out with the rebooking though because, like I said, our group was great! We arrived and started the class with a complimentary Pisco sour, then we got to make causa, pisco sour, and ceviche. We had so much fun that we stayed after and ordered another pisco as a group. With the advertised 2.5 hours, I would say we were actually there for almost 4 because of the fun we were having and for staying after. Also, we got a complimentary shaker and George took and sent photos after the class. I would highly recommend it!
Excellent! We had a great time drinking and cooking. The lubrication from the drink and the friendlies was of the staff made it a great place to chat and make new friends. Shout out to David and Es Carlo!!
I was spending a few days in Lima and decided to take this class. I'm so glad that I did. Diego was a great instructor. He was informative and engaging. Diego provided a bit of history of each dish. I didn't feel rushed during the class. Dasha was his assistant throughout the class and she was great. Once we finished each dish, we had time to enjoy it while Diego and Dasha cleaned up and prepared for our next dish. We made Pisco Sour, Causa and Ceviche. All were delicious. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to enjoy an afternoon of learning a bit about Peruvian food and culture.
Excellente !!! David was a great teacher/chef. Did this as my last experience after a 6 week trip to Peru. The ceviche was authentic as was the Pisco Sour. Love Peru!!❤️❤️
