Nuestro personal es genuino artesano fabricante de chocolate, certificado por el Gobierno Federal Belga. En nuestras boutiques podrás descubrir todo lo que nuestros chocolateros crean a mano, un escaparate de creatividad, artesanía y pasión. Somos la única chocolatera artesana certificada en la ciudad de Bruselas, y la única que no utiliza chocolate industrial en nuestros talleres. Todo el chocolate con el que trabajarás está hecho a partir de cacao premium, totalmente rastreable y se obtiene a través de una cadena de suministro 100% ética y sostenible, lo que significa que no hay deforestación, no hay trabajo infantil e ingresos justos para los agricultores. De hecho, el 33% del precio del boleto que pagas por el taller se destina directamente a apoyar a los productores de cacao, asegurándoles una vida digna y digna. Somos independientes y orgullosamente auténticos, no formamos parte de ningún grupo industrial. Durante su visita, también tendrá la oportunidad de ver nuestra maquinaria de grano a barra y recibir explicaciones directamente de nuestras chocolateras.

Fun! Very informative and well organized. The staff answered questions well and we got to make 3 kinds of treats which the send home with you in a perfectly designed box. I learned more in this workshop than in other cooking workshops in Brussels.

My daughter (10) and I had a fabulous experience! We learned about the chocolate making process and made truffles, bars, and some artistic creations. We even got to try some raw cacao. Its a great way to really immerse yourself in the Belgian chocolate experience!

The intake at the main location was not welcoming and then you do walk about 5 minutes to the classroom/kitchen. BUT Patricia gave a wonderfully informative presentation and we made lots of delicious chocolates! I went solo and felt welcome and included in our small group. Can’t wait to try my chocolates! Overall a really fun afternoon!

it was fun although a bit like being in school...but I found interesting. We made a chocolate bar with adornments ,smaller dark choc shapes and dipped truffles. I would have liked to learn how to make the actual truffle but I guess there was not enough time...Some time was wasted travelling from the meeting point to the actual factory ??

Our instructor was amazing. She explained everything and gave us very clear directions so we could make the chocolate. We had a lot of different toppings to choose from and we made 3 kinds of chocolate. One of our best experiences in Brussels.
