Great Private tour

This tour was low key and perfect for us! We arrived late in the afternoon to Zurich and Alex was accommodating to us with a group of 5 and met us close to our flat. We stopped for a bite to eat early in the tour and continued learning about the history and culture of Zurich! Great tour for a quick review of the city

Last minute cancellation by Tour company - unprofessional service from Viator and the Local Tour company.

The tour company cancelled our tour giving us little notice - I had to spend two hours in conversation with Viator and the tour company trying to reinstate it . I had all sorts of excuses - no tour guide available for the tour booked several days before- it was Pentecost … etc. I only had one day on Zurich and insisted they rescheduled. The tour company was very unprofessional trying to refund our money rather than reinstating. I I finally got a tour in place and hour later than scheduled but it was not satisfactory as I think they got someone to fill in who was not experienced. I have asked Vittorio escalate he complaint but this seems to have been ignored.
