Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup for the tours is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes before the tour start time. The pickup time and location will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking. This can be found in the contact tour operator chat. Please look for a white van or bus at the pickup location. Round-trip transportation is included. Don't see your hotel? Went in July, it was really hot plan for heat or cooler months. The ziplining was fun enough 7/10 but the guides Jesus, Sanchez, Joel, Emmanuel, Mago, and Roy took the experience to an 11/10. They were all fun and knowledgeable about the experince

There were many different zip line adventures and a lot of hiking involved. A lot. Big shoutout to Emmanuel, Henry, Joel, and the rest of the gentlemen who were working with us. They were very helpful to a little girl who hurt herself during the excursion. They were very attentive and even filled out paperwork at the end to record the incident. Will definitely come back.

Much more than we expected. Many zip lines, swing, rope crossing. Guides Abraham, Emma, Roy, Joel and Henry very helpful, fully explained everything. 100% focus on safety and care of the clients.

We booked this excursion as part of my son’s birthday. I am scared of heights, but went since my son wanted to go so much. The guides were amazing and so patient with me. Even though I was scared, they encouraged me and make me feel safe. My son had a blast and I will actually zipline again, even through the fear. I would definitely recommend.

Had an amazing time ziplining with my Fiancé. I have never ziplined before was very nervous, but that changed into non stop excitement quickly. Our adventure team was Arturo, David, Mago, Ladis, Jesus and Juarez. These gentlemen were spectacular and within seconds they made their impression and knew it would be a great time. They went over all the safety tips and explained everything great, they were really good at interacting with the whole group and cracking us up with jokes. The park set up was fun starts off with some quick ziplines and even did rope walk and rock crawl then we finished off with Superman to cap off an amazing time full of adrenaline and excitement.
