The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Fun experience. Good for all levels.
A must do!! Exceeded our expectations! Ben, Zi and Charlie were excellent instructors and guides. We found it to be an educational experience with thrills from zip lining . It was a 3 hour experience absolutely worth it !
My husband and I had a great time with our zipline tour! We were lucky enough to be the only ones on our zipline tour! There were more guides than us! LOL! We finished in less time than listed but that was because it was just us. Absolutely loved having Ben and Leah! Excellent at what they do and absolutely showed in their love of the tour they gave! Loved learning a little about the trees and area and Ben had some very funny tales to share which made us laugh! Also, the price for the pictures were also priced just right! Pictures were taken on an iPhone but were still good! My favorite picture was taken when I was repelling! Thanks again for a great day!!!
The canopy tour was the perfect length with just the right number of zip lines, and it’s truly family‑friendly. Our guides, Ben and Megan, were fantastic: fun, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely safe the entire time. There wasn’t a single dull moment. The mountain views were absolutely spectacular, too. Highly recommend!
(06-04-2026) Went ziplining with ArborTrek Canopy Adventures today. 10/10 experience, mostly because I made it back to solid ground alive. Our guide Robin? Not so lucky. RIP. (Just kidding, Robin was awesome). At least Zekai, our other guide, survived — as did his photos.
Do it!! My friend and I are older (think seniors, lol) and we had a blast!! Our guides were patient and fun (Ben and Zola). Will definitely do again!
This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve done this tour and it never disappoints even on a rainy Friday. This time I was with my two adult sons. The two guides Leah and Lacey were great. They were friendly and informative and made the tour a lot of fun! Thank you!
Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable and patient. Ben and Megan took great care of us and kept us feeling safe when I was a bit uneasy. They were always very supportive and kept a light fun atmosphere.
Staff was amazing…. So patient, supportive, and knowledgeable. We had the time of our lives! Cannot wait to go again! This was our first time to try zip lining and we absolutely loved it!!
We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The guides were very knowledgeable, helpful, and entertaining. The practice zip line at the sign-in location prepared us for the skills that were needed for the actual zip lines. We have done zip lines at other locations. This is the first time that we were taught how to control our speed, wearing heavy gloves, and exerting pressure on the line to slow us down! People with back problems should probably avoid this trip as there is the possibility of sudden jerky movements.
