The two monasteries are very beautiful and full of history. There was a lack of water from the car and we were forbidden to eat in the car, being a long journey.
Thanks for your impressions. Nobody eats in a car in Europe. We stopped for a several times for refreshments. Also we stopped for a lunch in very nice, out of the maps, restaurant. That was the extra stop. Sorry about water in the car. Company payed for the water in restaurant. Best Regards
This is a fantastic tour to the south part of Serbia to see old UNESCO monastery. Our trip started right in front of our hotel on time and we spent over 8 hours whole day. The Studenica was located in remote area and we could feel the peaceful phenominen there. After the sight seeing, Mr tour guide recommended us a local restaurant which was quite Serbia and we really had a wonderful day.
The monasteries show the history of Serbia. The trip was pleasant and our guide Alexandra was very kind and knowledgeable.
This was a great tour to go and see two of the jewels of Medieval Serbia. Absolutely worth the time. Goran and Maria were great guides. You will also get to enjoy the lovely mountains and landscape. Will definitely do it again.
