The instructors and the atmosphere are great! Very good experience; I recommend it 😊 The good thing is that you can go alone or with friends, and your level doesn't matter. Thank you very much for everything!
LOUSY EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH. The teacher never arrived and my money has not been returned. We were waiting for the teacher for the entire hour and no one contacted us at any time to let us know what was going on.

Desafortunadamente, hubo un grave problema con el instructor y no logramos comunicarnos oportunamente con ustedes, para informarles de la situación, algo que reconocemos como un error de nuestra parte. Respecto al reembolso, ya está hecho a través del sistema de Viator. THE TEACHER NEVER ARRIVED AND TO THIS DAY MY MONEY HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED. At no time did they contact me to let me know that there was a delay on the part of the teacher. I paid for a private parking lot to get to class on time and we were stood up to 12 people. I do not recommend this experience at all.

Not beginner friendly, wasn’t in English. Went over each move for only about a minute or two and moved on, added hands, added partners, it was all too quick and I was trying to translate the instructions but couldn’t really understand with how quick they were going. The others in my class seemed to be enjoying it but I left early, it just felt like a humiliation ritual to be honest.

Our beginner classes are intended to be welcoming and accessible, regardless of previous dance experience, so it is disappointing to learn that the pace felt too fast and that the language barrier made it difficult for you to follow along. We understand how discouraging that can be, especially when trying something new. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve communication and ensure that all guests, especially beginners and international visitors, feel included and comfortable. We are going to remember our teachers to teach totally in english the classes for begginers cause we intend to create an international community with locals at ISM. Super fun class!! Went with my partner but they do a great job of rotating partners to keep everyone learning! You could come solo and have a blast as well!
Was fun and challenging. We started 30min late due to prior class running long. Was entertaining to watch the more advanced dancers learn and practice before us. Studio is warm, bring water and dress light
Enthusiastic and encouraging teacher. We had a great time and are thinking about going back for another lesson before we leave. LGBTQ friendly.
Fun, supportive environment, and attentive instructors. It was helpful to understand some Spanish to be able to follow along, but probably would’ve been fine either way. I would definitely do this again!
Great dance class! Our class was filled with beginners and our teacher really met us at our level. We learned a lot and had tons of fun!
