Pickup Locations & Times

Pickup Locations: Complimentary pickup is provided from hotels, lodges, and guesthouses in Livingstone (Zambia) and Victoria Falls town (Zimbabwe). Pickup Time: Exact pickup times vary depending on accommodation location and river conditions. Guests will receive confirmed pickup details during the pre-trip briefing the evening before departure. Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) Pickups: Guests staying in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, will be transferred to the river access point via a cross-border transfer. Passports and valid visas are required. Border formalities are handled with assistance from our team. Remote or Private Lodges: Pickups from remote lodges or private accommodations outside standard pickup zones may be available on request and may incur an additional transfer fee. End-of-Trip Drop-Off: At the end of the expedition, guests are transferred back to their original pickup location or a centrally located hotel in Livingstone or Victoria Falls. Late Arrivals / Special Requests: Guests arriving on the same day as departure or with special logistics requirements should notify us in advance so arrangements can be made.

  • This is a physically demanding, adventure-based activity involving multi-day white-water rafting and camping in a remote river gorge. Travelers should be confident swimmers and comfortable spending several days outdoors in basic but well-organized camping conditions. No previous rafting experience is required; full instruction and safety support are provided by professional guides. The expedition operates seasonally (August–early January) and is subject to suitable river and weather conditions. The itinerary and river sections may vary depending on water levels and safety assessments. Minimum booking requirement is 2 travelers. Passports and valid visas may be required, especially for guests crossing the Zambia–Zimbabwe border. Pickups are provided from Livingstone and Victoria Falls hotels; exact pickup times are confirmed the evening before departure. This activity is not recommended for pregnant travelers or guests with serious medical conditions. Travelers should have travel insurance that covers adventure activities.
