At the park entrance, around 20 minutes is reserved for ticketing and entry procedures. Our team ensures an early arrival, securing a front position in the queue. This gives travelers a significant advantage, entering the park before the crowds and increasing the chances of spotting wildlife during the most active hours. After entering the park at sunrise, your safari begins with an expert local guide who navigates through the best wildlife zones. The early morning hours provide ideal conditions to spot animals in their natural habitat.
Explore one of Sri Lanka’s most famous wildlife parks on a safari. Travelers will experience a guided game drive through different zones of the park, with opportunities to see leopards, elephants, crocodiles, deer, buffalo, and a wide variety of bird species.
Breakfast is served at a special scenic spot within the park, where guests can dine in the heart of nature. While enjoying the meal, travelers may witness wildlife activity nearby, creating a truly unique and unforgettable safari experience.
As part of the safari, you will explore the beautiful Yala Beach area, where the jungle meets the ocean. Guests can take a relaxing break, enjoy the fresh sea breeze, and watch Elephant Rock, a unique natural formation often surrounded by wildlife.
During your safari, we visit the beautiful Manik River, one of the best locations in Yala for increased wildlife sightings. While our main focus remains on maximizing animal sightings throughout the safari, we make a brief and refreshing stop by the riverside. The three of us had a very good safari here. Started early in the morning and immediately saw a lot of animals. In one day we saw a total of 4 sloths..! We thank Roshan very much.
My friend and I loved the safari with Roshan. He is an absolutely amazing guide whom I recommend 1000%, he did everything to ensure we could see the leopards as well as all the other animals. I really recommend it
I can only recommend Roshan and his family for a safari in Yala National Park, and this for several reasons. First of all, he knows the park perfectly, the habits of the animals, as well as their behaviors. Furthermore, he possesses many qualities: he is punctual, serious, respectful of animals, and very attentive to his clients. Finally, he speaks French and provides fascinating explanations about the animals throughout the day. There were four of us in the jeep, and we all had an excellent day in his company as well as with his brother. Thanks to them, we were able to observe a great diversity of animals, including two leopards during the day. We are delighted! 👍🏻
Great safari!! We saw a lot of animals (leopards, elephants and a lot more).
We were able to observe several leopards (3 different ones in the same day) and we were all alone in absolute calm. The experience was magical!
We went on the safari in Yala with my mother, my stepfather, and my 7-year-old son. Everything was perfect! Roshan is very kind; he knows the reserve very well and has a lot of knowledge about the animals. We were lucky to see many different species, and we had a great time. He speaks French, which was a real plus for us, especially for my 7-year-old son, who was able to ask all his questions. I recommend it 100%.

We went to the YALA SAFARI PARK and it was truly exceptional! We were lucky to see 2 bears, 2 leopards, and dozens of other animals. All of this is thanks to our guide ROSHAN, who is literally the best guide! He is wonderful, he works hard to ensure we see as much as possible, and on top of that, he speaks French! I am writing this post to recommend him because he is truly AMAZING!
