Raul was very friendly, informative and helpful! We also loved trying the local foods, the canals were a blast and Frida’s home was beautiful and inspiring!
Well rounded experience. We were able to check out different cities. Raul was a wonderful, friendly tour guide.
Visiting both Xochimilco and Coyoacan with our tour guide was truly a great experience. His level of hospitality and welcoming personality made our tour both fun and insightful. There was a lot to see and learn about. Thank you Raul!
Our tour was amazing from pick up to the end. Our tour guide Miguel was incredibly kind and helpful during the whole tour explaining in detail the various locations we visited. Xochimilco, which was the highlight of the tour for my wife and I. We had so much fun on the chinampas, eating some yummy food, and even got to see some axolotls. We plan on coming back again one day with friends and family. Our visit to Coyoacán was also amazing seeing the home of Frida Khalo and town was so much fun and educational as well. Can’t say enough how great our tour guide Miguel was as our guide. Thank you so much!
Our guide was very informative and attentive. The day was full of fun adventures and I would absolutely recommend. 10/10. No notes.
Sabastian was an amazing guide!!
SO DISAPPOINTING- WE WASTED MOST OF THE DAY - HOURS- IN THE CAR TRAVELING FROM PLACE TO PLACE-this was not clear from the write up. Need to have done much more research and have taken a geography lesson to realize that this was not a walking tour, but we were being taken by car from place to place. WHAT A COLOSSAL WASTE OF TIME! The CANALS: THE MOST TOURISTY AND COMMERCIAL THING. We were one of LITERALLY 100’s of boats that clogged this “canal” (more like a tiny waterway)with everyone hawking their wares. It was not enjoyable. The “ floating garden” we were supposed to see was a plant store. The icing on the cake was a silver jewelry salesman boarded our boat to sell his wares. It might have been fun if there were ALOT of people in our party- other boats looked like they were party boats with lots of drinking. Not something we were interested in at 10:30AM. Coyoacan was a lovely town and the Frida Kahlo house was terrific, but we had already spent most of the day traveling and were exhausted by the time we got there. And we went through the museum on our own, so did not need the tour company for that. The one redeeming part was our guide, Ismael was very good.
We had a great day with Raul, visiting Xochimilco, Coyuacan and Museo Casa Kahlo. This is a relatively new museum of Frida Kahlo family life that offers a different perspective of Kahlo. Must see!!! Transportation was excellent.
We had a great time touring Mexico City, Xochimilco, and Coyoacan with Ismael. It was a beautiful day and he was very well informed on the history of each site we observed throughout the day. Ismael was also very accommodating to any changes or additional stops we wanted to make - i.e. - Churros, Tostadas, and the bathroom haha! There were no surprise extra fees and if there were additional costs (beer etc.) he let us know up front, which I appreciate. This was an amazing day and I’m glad I have some amazing silver jewelry to remember the time spent with my friends and our newest friend.
From timely pick up through the entire tour, Raul kept us well informed & entertained. All arrangements - boat tour & Frieda Kahlo museum visit - were well organized.
