Pickup from Xi'an North Railway Station: The driver would be waiting for you at the Gate 3 of arrival hall, holding the Mr. Orange sign and the placard with your name on it There are two arrival gate,No 3 and No 4,If you come out from another gate,pls call me ,then i will inform the driver look for you. 2. the hotel should be located within the 3rd ring road in the Xi'an City. there would be a little extra charge for out of range. 3.Free Waiting time:Pickup from Railway station:60 minutes. If you don't show up during the waiting time and cannot be contacted,you will miss your car and receive no refund. Overtime waiting fee: (USD5 or RMB35 PER half hour Per car) ,please pay cash to the driver

Perfect and friendly service from start to finish. They adapted the service to my requests always and the driver drove carefully and was very quiet and efficient. Reliable and excellent service. Car extremely clean and comfortable.
Xi'an bullet train station is huge and busy and it is difficult to know where to meet, despite the instructions. However, driver found me quickly! His sign was large and clear so easy to spot. The ride into the city centre was 90 minutes due to heavy evening traffic. Tesla provided was very comfortable, water provided, and time to relax after a long train journey. Driver drove safely and carefully.
A lifesaver for a first-time traveler to China! They kept up with my flight and train schedule, even helped me ahead of time to figure out the train station. I ended up hiring the Mr. Orange team for my other transfers.
We travelled from Beijing to Xi'an by high speed train and arranged for a transfer to our hotel. Booking the service and communication was quick and friendly. The driver was waiting exactly where where we were expecting although he didn't have the big Mr Orange sign which was disappointing ! I had every confidence in the service as we had been given contact details of Sophia in case of problems finding the driver. 24 hours before the transfer we were sent a photograph of the driver. I think Mr Orange is a small operation but you get a very personal service. Highly recommended
