There are no hidden fees, so you can travel with peace of mind. Trip Confirmation: We’ll contact you in advance to confirm your flight, departure time, and terminal details. Recommended Departure Time: International flight → 4 hours before departure Domestic flight → 3 hours before departure (If checked in online, you can leave 30 minutes later.) Flight changed? No worries! Just let us know — we’ll adjust your pickup accordingly. Driver Information: You’ll receive the driver’s name, phone number, car plate number and drive & car photos one day before your trip. On the Day of Departure | Friendly Reminders Free Waiting 30 Minutes: The driver will wait patiently. After 30 minutes, an overtime fee of USD5 / CNY35 per half hour applies. Customer no-show: If it’s been over 30 minutes past your scheduled pickup time and we’re still unable to reach you, the driver will have to leave to continue with the next service. In this case, the booking will be considered a No-show, and the service will be marked as completed — no refund will be provided. We kindly suggest keeping your phone reachable.
