1. The pickup service from any hotel in Xi'an is available. Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Please inform us of your hotel name and address when you purchase the tour. 2. If you want to book our additional service of airport-hotel transfers or train station-hotel transfers, please inform us of your flight information or train details. Our guide or driver will pick you up at the airport/train station exit holding a sign bearing your name. 3. If you have only booked our Terracotta Army ticket service, please note that it includes ticket reservation only — no guide or transportation is provided. Once you’ve paid, simply bring your passport to the Terracotta Army entrance and show it to gain entry. If you need any assistance, feel free to call or email us.

Shoutout to our amazing guide Maryam for making our Xi’an tour with 10 friends unforgettable! From the moment we started, she was full of energy and knowledge. At the Terracotta Army, she shared incredible stories about the warriors’ discovery and restoration work that we couldn’t have learned from a book alone. At the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Xi’an City Wall, her explanations of the history and architecture were so engaging that our whole group was captivated. With 10 people in our group, Maryam did an amazing job of keeping everyone happy. She adjusted the pace to make sure no one was tired, answered every question with a smile, and even gave us great tips on where to eat local food. Thank you, Maryam, for making our trip so special. They purchased our entry tickets and upon arrival one of us was told our ticket doesn’t exist possibly due to incorrect passport number and there was no way to fix it so we ended up buying another ticket. So yourself a favour and go straight there and buy your own ticket. Get a didi, ticket office os quiet and you can get a tour guide so much cheaper there.
Our ticket - booking service offers skip - the - line access and free cancellation. We bought tickets according to the passport info you provided (copied and pasted), so the wrong number was your fault. We're sorry about your experience. You can buy tickets yourself, but remember, the price matches the service. If leaving a bad review makes you feel better, we'll accept it, but it's unfair as we contacted and confirmed with you multiple times before the booking.

I can't recommend this tour enough. The two-day customized private tour took us to the Terracotta Army at the best times to avoid crowds. We also visited other must-see spots in Xi'an.
