I thought this was an excellent day trip. I had limited time in the country (working) with only one spare day, so this was an opportunity to see a little bit of the Mongolian countryside and local customs. It was all well organised pretty relaxed. Friendly guides with good English. Animals looked well cared for. I enjoyed the horse ride the most, along a peaceful frozen valley. The part of the national park we visited is a working place with lots of farms and villages. I quite enjoyed this but if you’re looking for Mongolian wilderness, then you probably need to go a bit further. For an action packed day out, however, it’s perfect.
Thanks so much for your kind review! We’re really glad you could make the most of your limited time and enjoy a taste of the Mongolian countryside. Great to hear you liked the relaxed organisation and especially the horse ride through the frozen valley—that’s a favourite for many! You’re absolutely right about the area being a mix of nature and local life, and we’re happy you appreciated that side of it. Hope to see you again for a longer trip next time!
I cannot explain what an absolute fantastic experience this was, and what made it even more special was our guide Augi. His knowledge of his heritage and culture is outstanding, and his attention to you and your wants is amazing! His English is of a high level which enabled is to ask questions we had about his heritage and culture. What sets him apart from many other guides I've had, is his acceptance of questions no matter what the subject. That's rare and shows an amazing character to provide the best and most accurate information to a client. His choice of operators at each of the events is impeccable. They are not there for the money, they are there to share with you those amazing activities they do everyday, and ensure you are having fun, but more importantly, safe. Thank you Augi for so far in my travels, the second best experience I've had travelling (sorry, F1' car racing come first 😆) You are truly an amazing person, and a light in anyone's path you cross. Highly recommend this guide and his tours.
Thank you so much for the amazing review! Lovely to hear you enjoyed the local hosts—we’re proud to work with such passionate people. Second place behind F1 isn’t bad at all 😄 Thanks again for the recommendation!
