Set in a historic stone farmhouse, join the tasting that showcase four distinctive wines reflecting our terroir: sparkling, rosé, and reds crafted from Merlot, Cabernet and many other autochthonous grapes of Italy. The guide will explain viticultural practices. cellar techniques and pro sommelier tricks. Pair each wine with a selection of regional specialties, including artisanal 'Sopressa' salami and a trio of aged cheeses.

Nestled at the base of the majestic Castello del Catajo, a serene country lane leads off the main road to reveal an aristocratic countryside residence. Here, the architecture, the trachyte courtyard, and the farm buildings echo the Salvan family's deep-rooted commitment to the land. Within the courtyard lie the cellars, surrounded by sprawling vineyards. This is such a wonderful wine tasting experience! The hosts are very knowledgeable about their wine and the winery itself is so beautiful! The wines were all delicious and the hosts very gracious. Giorgio even gave us a ride to the train station after our tasting!! We would come back any time we are in Italy, would highly highly recommend l.

We really enjoyed our tour of the grapes and the wine tasting. Our host answered all our questions and provided us with education and local cheese and meat tastings. We really enjoyed and highly recommend this tour.

Great experience, the walk along the wineyards and try different kind of grapes was amazing. They taught us the correct way of tasting wine.

Highly recommended to discover a wonderful farm of this land. You can feel the love of this family for the activity and the search for quality for wines production. Amazing tour of the vineyards, where you can discover how the works on soil, and the variety of grapes. Excellent wines, among the best we have ever tasted; the host was very kind and enthusiastic, the tour is well organized and makes you feel immediately at ease.
