Mauro was an excellent tour guide. The Pulmory Organic winery was excellent! The Hot Springs a huge disappointment, the water were barely luke warm, the place was super crowded for a Monday, the choripan lunch was bordering on awful, the beer selection was great! We don't recommend the tour, it has a high cost & it's not a good value at all!
We went to pulmary winery and that was definitely a highlight. The vintner is very knowledgeable and it was great learning about the wine making process from him and his organic wines and he also has organic beers which were all delicious. The thermal waters were very busy, only about half the pools were actually warm enough to get in so they are not all actual thermal pools. Try not to go on a weekend. It is more crowded and like a public water park/pool. Beautiful location near the river. Just very crowded.
