The most unprofessional service. We were not picked up. No one reached out to at least say we're canceling your tour. We sent messages to them and didn't get any replies. They were going to still keep our money without providing any services. Don't do this tour and avoid the experience we had.

Unfortunately, our group never actually made it onto the rafting trip due to communication and coordination issues this morning. The staff we spoke with were polite, and the area itself was beautiful, but the experience did not go as planned and was very disappointing given the time and planning involved. I’m hopeful the company will work with us toward a fair resolution.

Very bad service, they didn't go through me, I missed the opportunity to do another tour. I texted them immediately after booking and they never responded. I wish them the worst damn

We had a blast. Don’t miss out on this activity! Felix (raft guide), Enrique (photo guy), & John (driver) were all excellent! Food was delicious and everyone was nice!
It was a long drive to get to the river. That said, the rafting was a blast. Our guide Joseph was fun and funny. The rapids were exciting but not scary. The facilities were clean and well kept and the lunch was delicious. Great time for sure.
They cancelled on me last minute claiming there was not enough people for the trip and that they had messaged me yesterday, which I never got. I could have completely booked another excursion had I had enough notice. It’s not nice to disregard someone’s time when they are on vacation. I also notice they only have one review so maybe this is a common practice. My card better not be charged.
Highly recommend this excursion! Our driver Kedor was the best, David was the quintessential host and there is no rafting guide better than Randal! We started the day being greeted by our very personable and knowledgeable driver who pointed out certain sites as we passed them. When we arrived on site, David was kind and thorough with the rundown of the day and was patient with any questions we had. He even managed to adjust the arrangements last minute to ensure that we were on the correct class of rapids. Once on the water, Randal made learning the basics very easy and fun and helped us feel more confident about the ride ahead. During the ride he was amazing in guiding us so that we had an absolute blast! He was also very patient with my son so I would definitely say this is a family friendly excursion. I couldn't recommend them enough!

This was the first rafting trip for my wife and I, and we absolutely loved it. Not just the rafting but the entire experience. From the driver that drove us, to our raft guide, to the food after. It all was just an amazing experience. Would, will, and have recommended to family and friends.

The guide was so special, I asked for animals, birds and plants and he never stopped pointing out wonderful hidden treasures. Also I didn’t want to rough waters and we got just the right amount of rapids so I was never too scared. It was perfect
