Vancouver Airport is about 2 to 2.5 hours south of Whistler and you can travel direct or we can customize some stops along the way for a Vancouver tour or stops along the beautiful Sea-to-Sky highway to Whistler (additional time added at $95 per hour plus tax/fuel/gratuity). Our beautiful fleet of Sedans, SUVs, Sprinter Vans, Executive Transits and Executive Minibuses are meticulously well maintained, are all fully equipped with luggage/gear storage and are prepped for every season (winter tires in winter months). With the addition of our friendly and courteous team of drivers/chauffeurs, we offer the perfect combination for your private service from Whistler.

Pickup Locations & Times
Your driver will be at your Whistler residence or Whistler Hotel at the specified pickup time. We always recommend a pickup in Whistler 5 hours prior to your flight departure time in the event of any highway delays and/or traffic. We understand that flights sometimes change. If you discover your outbound flight time has changed and you require a change to your pickup time, please contact us asap and we will do our absolute best to accommodate.
