Whale watching ❤️

A beautiful experience with the best crew. Safety on point. We were headed out to the sea on a rough day with mid rain, the crew was great in handling us all. Despite it all, we witnessed the great blue whale, the largest mammal in the world. Not once but thrice. ❤️🐋 true dream come true! Thanks guys

Horrible.

We booked this excursion with our children, they tell you 3/4 hours at sea to see whales and dolphins as well as turtles. Only what they don’t tell you is that if you see a whale after an hour they go straight back to port! So we did 1 hour at sea to see only the jet of a whale 2x and its swimmer. They went straight back after they didn't even try to find 1 dolphins! I find it outrageous. Activity to flee for me. Go see the whales in another country. I think it will be 10x better especially for 50 dollars... 50 bucks for an hour at sea... shameful.

Awesome whale watching experience

This was an awesome experience. Professional and courteous staff. Great with the kids. Good snacks and fruits for breakfast and the most importantly we were able to see tens of dolphins and 2 big Fin whales. Boat was not overcrowded, they fill very limited number of people. Enough space to stand and explore for everyone. Experienced captain and guides who could spot whales from far and helped us to look in the right directions. Worth every penny.

As good as any Mirissa whale tour, but too many noisy boats are chasing the same poor whale.

This is no worse than any other Mirissa whale tour - the crew were nice, safety seemed to be a priority and they tried hard to find us our whale, but all the tourist boats are noisy and belching smoke, and there are just too many of them all chasing the same poor whale - no wonder we had only a fleeting glimpse before it dived not to be seen again. The seas are big here, so many of our co-passengers were unwell, which didn’t add to our comfort. If this is your only opportunity to see a whale, then do this, but frankly there are better places to go whale watching than Mirissa.

Whale Watching

I had a very good time with whale watching eagle eye. Boarding and Instruction during the cruise were well structered. A tasty breakdast sandwich and snacks are offered. The Boat was clean and in good shape as well the washroom. After spotting some finnwhales and observing them a few times, the boat headed back to the shore, to not chase and disturbe the whales to much. I really appreciate/support this ethics in tourism!

Fascinating experience

Truly we didn't know what to expect till Hirusha came on the scene. His briefing and knowledge put us at ease. We & some friends we made from Australia & the UK were spell bound getting the opportunities to see sightings around 4 times. It was profoundly graceful to see whales & dolphins in their natural habitat. Sense of direction was amazing. It was definitely a priceless experience & would highly recommend anyone to give these guys a good go. Worth every penny. Life is short, Art is long. Enjoy life. Love 😘 from Melbourne, The McGowans.

Early start with an excellent trip

It’s a good idea to get to the boat early just after six for a 7 o’clock start to get some goodseats A snack sandwich was provided on the way out and we were so lucky to see a blue whale and some pilot whales. The experience was sensational. The crew were very nice good English spoken and the whole experience was well worth it
