Great experience, I am 6 months pregnant and they made some accommodations for me to not miss the arch. They went slow and were very attentive. Highly recommend.
Our boat crew was fabulous, not only did they find a mother & her calf but they followed for over an hour! They were very entertaining as well as making sure we got plenty of pictures.
They are not located in any place, they have to look for a table with a sign, super rude, they do not attend in the local number to clarify doubts.
The initial started of well...We went out to see all of the rock and beach formations. However, more time could been spent on the sea lion are for pictures. The other rock formations were good. The whale watching experience was mixed. Luckily, I was able to capture phots from the boat. However, the driver should consider allowing persons on the opposite side of the boat to see the whales by positioning on both sides of the whale. The problem is when we were dropped off at the beach. Trip advertisement did NOT express that we would be dropped off for more than 3 hours on a remote beach with NO bathrooms. Additionally, when our pickup boat was suppose to return the driver picked up a few ppl and then said specifically 5 mins and he would be back. It took another 30-45min, so we were irritated from that point.
Dont do it. Waste of time. Didnt do any of the stuff on the list. No whales either. They tried but nothing was seen.
It was a great experience, watching Humpback whale (mama & baby) for the first time. The whale breaching for jump is out of the world and must see. The Arch, Lovers beach were absolutely beautiful as well.
Our cruiseship required tender reservations, something we have never seen before, and as a result we missed our tour on day 1. However, Hector saved the day. He was responsive to phone calls and texts and arranged for us to have the tour the next day, when oddly tender reservations were not used, and it was first come first serve. Our tour the next day was a HUGE success. Our granddaughter’s only hope was to see whales and as a result of a flexible tour operator, her trip was saved.
Great experience! Staff worked very hard to find the few whales that were out there. Very conscientious about life vests. Dropped us off at a suitable beach for the kids and picked us up pretty promptly after 1 1/2 hrs. It was rough water as we were very far from land and they do not provide any drinking water. Bring your own snacks and wear sandals to wade through water to the beach. Hoped to see more than 4 whale sightings, but it was still a fun excursion.
The check in point was a tv table and a small sign. We ran out of gas 2x on this excursion. Had to wait in the ocean for someone to bring us gas. The fumes were terrible! Our guide gave the Spanish speaking people the attention. He barely spoke to us.
Unfortunately we barely saw any whales and that was the main reason for this tour. But we did take stunning pictures of the rocks
