We are very unhappy with the wrong information you placed on your website. You sold us something that didn’t exist. There was not any gathering place. After long waiting in the middle of the Westminster bridge we (two senior citizens) walked around asking people and ended up with the entrance of the House of Lords which was closing for the day. They offered a free tour but we were exhausted. We have already sent a message to the Viator requiring a full refund for that non-functional tour but nobody responded.
Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed the issue, and you paid for self-guided audio tours, and not for entrance tickets to the site nor in-person tour guides. That is a different product provided by a different company, I’m afraid, which is indicated on the product’s page. Nevertheless, we've issued a full refund for you. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us!
Even though I’ve lived in London for over 20 years, I learnt facts and stories on this tour that I never knew before! I would absolutely recommend trying out this audio guide

Great overview of the British political system and its history. Did this tour as part of the London pack and it really helped me understand all about those quirky British traditions. Recommend
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a 5-star rating - it's much appreciated! We are very happy to hear you enjoyed the audio tour and we hope to see you again soon!
The tour was okay, and engaging. Was worth the money spent. Got lost trying to find downing street as the self guided tour didn’t provide directions on how to find it. Overall okay experience.
Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. We hope to see you again soon!
