A place that connects you with the infinite nature of Costa Rica, a great stay, great food, great, service, cleanliness, attention. I stay with each and every one of the people who have been for our welfare and ours enjoys, Jose, the driver, Dayana, Franklin, Natasha, Samu, I would not want to leave anyone, but they are all fantastic, wonderful people in a wonderful place.
No one showed up to pick us up from the airport. After reaching out to customer service for a refund, I was told the refund was denied, despite being told the operator cancelled a few days prior. We waited outside for this company for over an hour to pick us up. I will be contacting my bank for to initiate a dispute as well. This company is a scam!
We had 55 members of our family and friends arrived from the states for a wedding and adventure vacation. The Westin was the perfect place for an amazing and memorable vacation. The people and services were top notch. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We enjoyed all the different services available on the beach. We enjoyed MULTIPLE massages, horseback riding and tours. We used Erik G (he had Google blue shirt (Google him) He coordinated trips to the waterfalls, ziplining, and hikes. The resort also has plenty of excursions and fun planned for you to fill your vacation to the brim. We enjoyed the pool, restaurants, and top notch housekeeping service at this all-inclusive resort. Everything was spotless, they all put so much work into making this a safe place and clean vacation spot. I will be recommending the Westin Conchal Reserva to all my friends. Put this on your bucket list! Can’t wait to come back !! PURA VIDA!!
