There is true enjoyment and freedom while viewing the outdoor environment on an electric bike. Hills that have normally discouraged the casual rider have become obsolete. E-bikes have greatly expanded the options and areas you can explore and experience. Whether it’s for transportation, joyriding or taking them to dinner or drinks, the opportunities are endless.

We went to the address but it was a different business. He could not show us our reservation on the computer but he didn’t charge us. Two of our bike had problems. Mine was just broken but he had no other options for us. The chain fell of twice before we even left the parking lot. He said to just call if we had any problems. But when we returned early he was no where to be found. We survive and made it back in one piece. But will never use them again.
Fun time riding if you are willing to share road with cars. Maui has very little dedicated bike paths
Lower level road in Maui was beautiful, winding roads, and then near the end by office blvd is a park, stunning view of the North Pacific ocean
Bike path is along a busy road, but plenty of off the beaten path options. Nate did a great job getting us set up with the right bikes and preparing us for our ride.
We had a great time on the e-bikes. The e-bikes are fun and the owner is very helpful with the best places to go. June 2024 stay cool and bike Maui.
Our favorite part was riding through the beautiful beach park together, with the refreshing breeze blowing in our faces.
The bikes were great. We were given a short inservice on how to use them. Then we were given a great map with the best route to town and along the beach! One of the highlights of our trip to Maui! A little exercise and a LOT of fun!
I would highly recommend RideSmart Maui for an e-bike adventure. Nate and Ed were patient, friendly and helpful with our group of first-time riders, the e-bikes were excellent quality, and the scenary was obviously spectacular. Our ride was a high-point of our stay on Maui and RideSmart will be high on our list if we're lucky enough to return one day.
We weren’t advised that the bike pick up location had changed so we went to the wrong location. No apologies were given for the error. The maze of resorts is not deal for biking, we repeatedly ended up in areas where we shouldn’t have been trying to make our way to the beach. There should also be an option for larger bike seats as those small ones are quite painful. We ended up not even biking for the full two hours because it was just so frosteaying.

A friend and I rented the e-bikes and rode 8.6 miles round trip to Front Street. It was a great time! We were able to get pretty far in a few quick minutes. A great and fun way to get around. The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating. They also have a few different bikes so you can choose what feels most comfortable. I definitely recommend this activity!
