Can improve to provide motivation for kids. Celebrate birthdays.

To provide some snack, fun music. The information was very important, but very difficult to hear because the sound of the water and the wind. Needs to be more loud.

Perfect Sunday Excursion

Easy to locate. Free parking. Crew was knowledgeable. Ship was comfortable. We felt safe. Great views. Ease of access to 2nd Floor for outside seating. Snacks and beverages on board as well as restrooms. Price is less than a breakfast at Starbucks. 😮 PS: If you have walking or mobility issues this is the cruise for you. Stairs are easy to navigate. The ride is gentle. You can stand at the bow, no concern for balance or falls. Enjoy!

Wonderful boat ride!

The tour was excellent. The captain was a great narrator and shared fun facts. The crew was very kind and friendly. The sailing was incredibly smooth. I booked my ticket through Groupon was a real deal for the three of us. I plan on going many more times since I'm a local resident. However I half to mention: I was trying to get a hold of the office as I had a couple questions. It was impossible. When I wanted to leave a voicemail it said the voicemail was full. Then when I got to the kiosk and I thought certainly somebody could have answered a phone. Secondly I didn't see a note about parking and lot parking was $15 which I thought was very expensive. I'm sure it's not run by the tour company but it would have been a nice note to know ahead of time. I ended up parking on the street which saved me. My ticket said 2:30 so we got there at 2:10 thinking that the boat departed at 2:30. It actually departed it closer to 3.:00 pm.That also would have been a nice to know about so I could plan my day better. Maybe they can be added to their website. But my overall experience was a five-star experience on the boat. Will definitely be doing this again frequently for a wonderful afternoon ride.

It's ok

This is the basic basic tour and we unfortunately had a very cranky train-of-thought captain who was mildly racist. Didn't learn anything about San Pedro but learned that Maersk makes "wooden shoes and windmills".

Basic cruise with basic commentary. Nice boat. Clean but not modern. Better quality speakers required top deck. Extra commentary by Captain could have been more enthusiastic sounding! Overall good value

45-minute cruise - worth your time & money!

A harbor cruise along the Main Channel is always a lot of fun and when each crew member is great at what they do, it makes the experience even more memorable. The fee is worth every penny - where else can you get alongside gigantic cranes and vessels that are the size of a city block? And see the newest Coast Guard cutters and ocean equipment up close? Don’t even think twice about booking a tour!
