Besides, here's what you need to know about the various features of Zekreet Fort. On the coastal side of the fort, one can find the debris of mandates which were rooms used in the production of 'debis, a traditional date-based food. There are about 10 cm deep parallel channels in the rooms which are connected with a canal near the entrance.

Great experience tour with Javid!
We booked a tour to zekreet with Amir to see the Richard Serra sculptures. On our way we asked him to see the place where camel races happen and he was super gentle and brought us there, while there we were so lucky that races were going on and we were able to see it thanks to him! He took wonderful pictures of us and everything was perfect! Thank you

What a memorable experience of west qatar. Thanks to our host Amir who showed us beautiful scenery of rock formations and explained the rich history of many archeology sites.
