Atuh Beach is secluded by magnificent green cliffs, while various limestone rock formations surround it, adding to the beauty of the area. The white sand beach itself is accessible via a purpose-built stairway, or you can try the narrow tracks along a rugged cliff face if you’re feeling adventurous. The beach is great for relaxing with a spectacular view. However, the waters aren’t always swimmable. There are four main rocky outcrops and islets dotting the coast of Atuh Beach. All these contribute to the breathtaking views. Named by locals as Batu Melawang, Batu Abah, Batu Paon and Bukit Jineng, it is Bukit Jineng, also referred to as Batu Bolong or “hollow rock”, which is the most striking, thanks to its arch-like formation.
Rumah Pohon It’s not far from the famous Atuh Beach and it could be a good idea to combine these two spots into one day. The Tree House (Rumah Pohon) on Nusa Penida has become something of a craze. It is perched up on the mountain at Thousand Island (Pulau Seribu) viewpoint near Atuh Beach. Thanks to some talented photographers who shared this spot on social media, it has landed itself on the Nusa Penida bucket list of many travelers. It is part of the Thousand Island viewpoint area costing only 10,000 rupiah to park and enter, which is less than $1 USD. The best part about this treehouse is that it is actually a house and you can rent it out for pretty cheap considering how popular this spot has become and how insane the view is.
Diamond Beach will enchant you by its beauty. Thousand Island is a hill over the sea which has a fabulous view, such a great choice for you to put this place into your tour destination list in your Nusa penida tour package because it doesn’t cost much to enjoy the view. You will be amazed seeing the stones and cliffs lining like a wall protecting the hill. To reach this place, you need to have an hour drive from Buyuk harbour. You have 15 minute walking through path from the parking area, then going down a steep hill. Unpretentious stairs made of soil and limestone are provided by the local people for facilitating visitors to reach Thousand Island.
In Kelingking Beach you can enjoy the sweeping views from a purpose-built platform, which is bordered by bamboo fences. If you dare the challenging trek down to the beach, make sure it’s during low tide. Some sections of the path can be steep, requiring a bit of rock climbing, especially on the way back up. Locals have put rocks and bamboos to aid visitors over the years. Once you’ve reached the sand, you’ll have it all to yourself most of the time. Depending on tide conditions, the waters are swimmable. However, note that the undercurrents can be strong, and being the remote site that it is, there are no lifeguards around. Besides your camera and a good pair of shoes, be sure to bring drinking water with you on the descent, to keep you hydrated. You can combine your visit to Kelingking Beach with a visit to an interesting temple nearby. Pura Paluang Temple is a couple of minutes’ ride east by motorbike, and features shrines in the shape of cars!

The itinerary they said they sent to Trip Advisor was different than what they actually did. Be careful and double check with the company before booking so you don’t miss out on something you really wanted to see. The company didn’t really care that we didn’t hit Crystal Bay at all even though it was listed online and on our confirmation. Pretty expensive for what we got TBH. The driver was just ok…wasn’t super nice like most of the locals and didn’t care if we followed him as he walked way too fast.

The trip to Nusa Penida was perfect! our driver in Bali was Budi, he picked us up from our accommodation, helped us get tickets and showed us to our boat. On Nusa Penida we were assisted by a driver named Robert. He was very helpful and took amazing photos! They have done such a great job it's worth recommending!

This is my first visit to Nusa Penida. The trip was tough and adventurous but rewarding with the jaw dropping view and memory. The tour leader Romeo was professional and passionate about his job. He took pictures for me and taking care us the whole trip. Before you choose this trip better prepared. The trip will start early morning and get ready your big breakfast. You need to be fit enough to choose this tour. Need to be done lots of climbing up and down. Better wear a light clothes. Amazing trip for me. Wonderful planning from Arya who helped us customized the trip to fit into the attractions that we would like to visit. We had an amazing day thanks to the tour ! Even though the weather was not the best we still had a lot of fun snorkeling and then going to the hotspots in Nusa Penida, our driver Mr Putu was the best!!

The tour was beautiful! Gorgeous views that you will not see any other place in the world. The food spot was also delicious! Definitely recommend the fried noodles or the chicken soup. Our driver Robert took amazing photos that look professional. I would definitely recommend asking for Robert because of his kindness, car and photography skills. This tour requires a good amount of cardio. There are areas where you have to climb using a rope against the rocks. (Stepping up supporting yourself with the rope) This is not elderly friendly. I’d recommend being physically active prior to this tour. I’d recommend bringing sneakers then changing into slides on the beach. Definitely recommend bringing a good amount of water. Bring bathing suits in case you want to go in the water. Bring towels to lay on the beach and to also dry yourself off. Be patient climbing down and up as the route is very narrow and people will be taking photos.

Robet was an awesome driver and tour guide for this tour. Even though roads were narrow, he was able to get us from destination to destination swiftly while keeping us safe. Had a great day seeing all the beaches. Both guides were pleasant & helpful. They took amazing pictures for me since I was traveling alone. The views at all the beaches are gorgeous. The lunch menu had a nice variety of things offered. I got a traditional Indonesian meal. SUPER YUMMY. Definitely worth the price.
