The entire staff was professional and friendly! Everything was explained I. Detail before our flight. Pilot was
My grandmother and I did the 50 minute waterfall tour. We were amazed at everything we were able to see from up these in just a 50 minute tour. We also splurged for the video. I was a little disappointed that I was not visible in the video due to the person in front of me blocking the camera. Especially given the steep price. But it was still nice seeing the views from the video.
The helicopter ride was excellent. Incredible views of the islands that are better than plane or boat.
It was amazing! Our pilot Pete gave a great guided tour with the highlights you could only see from a helicopter view. A tour well worth taking!
Staff at the airport was friendly and helpful. Safety briefing was taken seriously and had plenty of time for questions. Helicopter was clean and appeared to be well maintained. We could watch from from the terminal some of the preflight inspection. Staff escorted all 6 of us to the Helicopter, strapped us in a 4 point harness, helped with our radio headsets. This crew on the ground took our Safety seriously, thank you all! Our pilot Matt, was friendly and well versed on the sights. As I was a flight instructor (a long time ago), Matt provided a safe comfortable ride. Never too close to the terrain or into the clouds. We opted for the front seats($$), well worth it The scenery, wow, words can't do it justice. I'm financially a "tight wad". This trip was lots of $. Was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY
Celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary! Pete is a very personable, kind man. He was very knowledgeable about the Islands. All-in-All pretty Epic! MAHALO!!!
Tim the pilot was excellent with great commentary thoughout and smooth flying. Sincerly appreciated us as passengers.
Amazing trip! I recommend helicopter flights! It’s one of the best experiences of my life. Views are incredible. Flight is smooth and comfortable. Crew is chatty and very nice . Definitely will do that again when will be in Hawaii next time . It’s one of those feeling you can’t replicate in any other way. Just have to be there and experience it.
